Short Run Printing offers complete USPS mailing services for your bound print products — perfect bound books, saddle stitch booklets, catalogs, and magazines. We handle address verification, postal presort, and delivery to your local post office.
How It Works
1. Upload Your Mailing List
Upload a CSV or Excel file with your recipient names and addresses. We accept lists starting at 50 addresses.
2. Address Verification (CASS)
Your addresses are validated against the USPS database. Invalid, vacant, and undeliverable addresses are flagged so you only pay postage on good addresses.
3. Get a Print Quote
Get a quote for your bound product — perfect bound books, saddle stitch booklets, catalogs, or magazines. At checkout, select your verified mailing list as the delivery method.
4. We Handle the Rest
We print, presort, and deliver your mailing to the USPS Business Mail Entry Unit. You get full postal documentation and tracking.

Pricing
200+ Pieces or 50 lbs Total Weight — USPS Marketing Mail
Mail Preparation: $185 base + $0.35 per piece
Postage: USPS Marketing Mail presorted rates (discounted bulk rates based on your list's geographic distribution)
Under 200 Pieces — First Class Mail
Orders that don't meet the USPS Marketing Mail minimum of 200 pieces (or 50 lbs) are mailed individually via First Class Mail.
Mail Preparation: $3.00 per piece
Postage: First Class Mail flat rates starting at $1.63/piece (varies by weight)
Minimum: 50 pieces
Exact postage is calculated during address verification. A 3% processing fee applies to postage for credit card payments. Pieces over 13 oz require Priority Mail rates.
